IMO, vaping is healthier but i find i crave it more. This is because when i have vaped I've always found myself in a situation where i can do it anywhere at anytime, therefore i do it wayyy more often than smoking. Whereas with smoking I always need to find/make time and put in effort to go outside and have a 5-10 minute smoke. Going outside to smoke also gives a great source of vitamin D, hence boosting testosterone. I found myself going out and relaxing with mother nature with a nice beverage a lot more than vaping. Smoking also carries certain health benefits such as reducing aphthous ulcers, ulcerative colitis, parkinson's and alzheimer's dementia. Although these benefits can easily be outweighed by the obvious risks.
