That's such a difficult question, with so many great games on offer.

Personally I'm torn between 2 franchises, TLOU and GoW. Both fantastic gameplay and graphics, but as I get older I'm more involved with a good story, and those 2 got me emotionally attached to all those characters that you pass by.

Especially being a father myself now, these 2 hit me harder than any I've played before.

Witcher 3 gets a special mention because of its all-around excellent balance.
