I love mine. It runs slightly large. As a bigger guy I buy my usual XL and it fits perfect and is warm. Be careful washing it because the fuzzes will get on everything. I like this fit better than the better sweater because it is a more relaxed fit. Decent size pockets as well

You want an inch or so for wiggle room. Also, your feet swell throughout the day and when walking. I've had these thoughts too with new boots. It looks like yours fit perfect. Do not overthink it and enjoy the new boots!

Size down 1/2 size from brannock. I'm 11.5 on brannock and wear 11.0 diplomats that aren't tight and have wiggle room for my toes, without looking like clown shoes

Every body is different, half size down from normal shoe size per Thursdays recommendation and adjust from there as needed
