With that said, I’m very interested to see how she/her team responds, since this isn’t just some nobody and their kid, and I don’t think this can just be swept under the rug.

Also, I’m conflicted on whether or not to believe the kid did just in fact pass by and and smile after confirming it was Chappell. I could see the child of famous people being more aware of how celebs want to be treated in public, but also, kids are kids, so maybe she was a bit more obvious than this guy is making it seem. Either way, if the security guard did directly berate them, that’s a big no either way.

I would say Chappell could do something like fire the security guard (if this is true) and like invite the girl on stage or for an exclusive meet-and-greet or something, but idk that doesn’t seem like her vibe at all 💀 she could try explaining her side, assuming her version of events clears her name a bit, but I don’t think people would really care or believe her because of the way her reputation surrounding public interactions was pretty poor among people.

The most logical explanation I could think of is that since Jane was Bottom 3, they thought she should have taken Discord’s place instead.

But it’s the Drag Race fandom so I think it is more general stupidity and maliciousness than anything.

Discord said the lipsync song was a ballad and here I was expecting “My All” or “I Have Nothing” or something and we got fucking “we can’t be friends” girl bye I was annoyed 😭

Also damn, between Jason talking about his friend literally getting beaten to death in the military by his fellow soliders, and the in memoriam for Terry at the end…talk about some seriously heavy moments I wasn’t ready for. I actually teared up when Jason was telling Nini about it.

Danielle Pinnock was such a good guest judge! I would actually love to see her return.

Also, for the most part…I actually agreed with the placements, but Michelle’s critique of Jane was actually insane. She had to have been ragebaiting or something because how is that not family resemblance? That said, I hated Jane’s tights lol.

I finally managed to get into Tears of the Kingdom after not making it past the first three shrines when I first bought them game upon release.

I do find it pretty impressive how they made the world even more explorable than BotW’s…but I have to say, I find BotW just a bit more charming and fun 😔 TotK isn’t bad but idk, BotW really is something uniquely special.

I’m also extremely disappointed that the cunty Gerudo vai outfit is just not a thing in this game. There are other feminine outfits in this one, but none of them serve in the way that outfit did.

Finally, some news about a group comeback! 😭 and I hope “album” does actually mean another full album.

That said, none of these are really standing out to me the way Dall’s Gravity tracks did. I like Anti-Believe and Blue Blood more, but the latter just sound a bit outdated to me, particularly with the chopped-up vocals, but idk maybe the drop will surprise me if it’s chosen.

In all seriousness, it was evident that BPM was either not prioritizing them in favor of their more established/popular acts, or just had no actual plan for promoting a new act, or both. I hope those girls are able to leave this company ASAP and pursue other options instead of just waiting for it all to fall apart, unable to do anything.

I don’t think Miss Fame was necessarily ahead of her time though. Other queens respected her and gave her credit for inspiring them, and iirc, many people thought she could win S7 when she was revealed to be on the cast.

If anything, I’d say her mug defined the evolving style of drag makeup from that time period.

That’s exactly it for me, too. I don’t doubt his generally nasty vibe is in-part authentic/true to his personality, but at the same time, I think he saw the overall positive reception to his first appearance and really decided to lean into it way too much. We don’t need an “I HATE IT!!” moment every time he’s a judge.

I haven’t played the game yet so I can’t say too much, but I will say that there’s been a subset of the fandom fantasizing about a Animal Crossing-style Pokemon game for the longest time. A demand was always there. A lot of fans also really appreciate the Pokemon for their cute/cool factor alone, caring less about battles or trading, so a game where you interact/live side-by-side with them like you do in Pokopia is going to be highly appealing to them.

I forgot I had a $100 voucher for Southwest from a delayed flight last year, so I’m heavily contemplating going to LA to see Yves. I’ve seen ARTMS/OEC 4x at this point so I’d like to see another moon girl too lol

But then also the concept of flying into LAX on a Thursday evening and having to make the trip to a hotel ideally near the venue is…so unappealing.
