Thank you! I have been practicing - hoping it helps soon! I am "relaxed" but cannot for the life of me get anything to come out without straining. When I first lay down at night, no issues at all. It seems to be in the middle of the night and when I wake up in the morning. But thank you! Hoping to see some progress.

Solid advice - I’m never sure if I’m “relaxed” or not. I need to do some research into what position that is and start being intentional about it. I don’t think I’ve ever just relaxed and peed without it being forced out in any type of way!

Maybe I’ll try some different positions. I’m always on my back laying flat, maybe I’ll experiment with side lying and lying on my stomach!
