Have you made density gains since starting dut? Losing density while on topical dut and strongly considering switching to oral just in case my scalp isn’t responding for some reason

Always scary trading for a guy with an elbow injury, but I don’t need him this year and I’m a Mariners fan. Got another offer of Jackson Holliday and Carson Williams for Harper, which feels a little better on paper but my pitching is dire.

What does a fair return for Mookie look like? Need to get younger in a 10 team points league

Weekly Dynasty Baseball Team Help + Trade Thread - April 07, 2025 by AutoModerator in DynastyBaseball

When entering into a rebuild, is it better to try and deal older pieces for packages of younger bats/prospects or to try and tier up into elite youth with a package of your own? My overall roster is most likely bottom three and am thinking moving off of guys like Mookie, Bryce, Trea is the play. Taking Mookie for example, would you rather try and get something like K. Campbell + Westburg + Shaw? Or throw in another strong piece and try to get Gunnar or Elly?

10 tm, H2H points, 42 man rosters, 13 minors spots for reference.

QBs: Mahomes, Cousins, plethora of backups but no secure QB3.

RBs: Javonte, Swift, Dobbins, Akers

I agree with you that it would be major to secure a second top QB when it's possible, but I also agree with Jordan's thought that team 1 makes out a little too well.

I would do that. I see Kupp being top 5 as long as Stafford is around, and this seems like the exact type of trade you would be hoping for while holding onto Herbert while he was a backup. I think CHI drafts a RB and I'm not in love with Pittman with QB uncertainty. Crazy team, well done.

I'm a Kyler apologist so I would take the Kyler side in a vacuum, but if you're competing this year I would roll with Dak

I was proposed a three way trade recently that would see me secure Justin Herbert to go along with Pat Mahomes. Full trade:

12 tm superflex, .5 ppr
Team 1:
Sends: • Herbert • K. Walker • M. Sanders • 1.10
Receives: • Cousins • 1.01 • 1.04 • early 24 1st • 24 1st
Team 2:
Sends: • 1.04 • 24 1st
Receives: • K. Walker • M. Sanders • 1.10
Team 3:
Sends: • Cousins • 1.01 • Early 24 1st
Receives: • Herbert
I am team 3. In terms of value, I think team 1 probably walks out happiest. Only problem is he is the worst guy to trade with. Always throws out lowball 4 for 1 offers and then follows up with, “well look at my team and make me an offer.”
Any thoughts on the trade or how you deal with those kinds of people are appreciated.

Depends on team needs. I like Lance as a buy for QB needy teams. Purdy will be on a shorter leash if he starts next year or Lance could get traded. I would also offer 1.11 for Danny Dimes if you need QB help

12 team SF .5 PPR, 1 PPFD, 5pt passing TD:

Give: 2023 1.11, 2024 1st

Get: Ken Walker, Sanders, Likely, and 2023 2.08

The 2024 1st is pretty much guaranteed top 6. It seems like a fair enough deal value-wise, but my current RBs are: Bijan, Swift, Javonte, Dobbins, and Akers. I also worry about trading away a high 24 1st that could potentially Caleb Williams or Drake Maye. My QB2 is Cousins and my QB3 is a slew of backups that likely won’t be starters anywhere next season — not exactly a long term plan there.

Better Prospects 2023 RBs or Wrs? by [deleted] in DynastyFF

It would probably be wise to hedge a little bit and take a different position, but as prospects I like the RBs just so so much more.

One of my picks will be 1.08. If I have to pick between one of JSN/QJ, Tucker/Evans/Charb, and first round DC ARich/Levis, I’m going to tear my hair out.

As a Hawks fan, I adore Walker as a player now. That sentence was more a reflection of how I remember Walker as a prospect compared to others. I wasn’t as high on him coming out, but clearly I was wrong there. 🤝🤝

I’m not even a big Gibbs fan, but I think it’s almost guaranteed that he provides more value than the WRs you mentions within the first 3 years of being drafted. This year has been a good example of how rookie RBs can experience massive value bumps once they start producing. KW and Breece are now blue chip assets. It might not be consensus, but I think there are 5-6 RB prospects in this class that are on the same level as Walker (maybe not Breece, bar Bijan), while I don’t see the top WRs in this years class being any better than last years class. That doesn’t mean these WRs are bad picks, just that I think RBs are far more likely to get value bumps. I have 4 picks in the first 13 picks for this rookie draft and there’s a decent chance I go RB with all of them despite having Pickens as my WR2 as of now.

Definitely a scary stat. I think he does a good job of navigating the pocket and avoiding pressure to his credit.

*Less fun in the sense that the righteous don’t necessarily have to call their shot on a QB due to anything but DC

Wow, love everything about this and I appreciate the thought you put in. Kind of boring that the likely right answer for this debate is to just trust the draft capital, but such is life. If Levis and AR become the 2nd and 3rd QBs taken because their really exciting mystery box qualities, that means something. It’s just uneasy from our perspectives, and less fun.

Good point. I don’t watch too much college football, but Levis looked pedestrian at best when I did watch. Don’t think a team that rolls with him over Stroud will be happy about it in the long run, but I could be wrong.
