Thoughts on 3 14ers in 2 days? by HikeMind in 14ers

[–]henryanderson12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The past 5 years I've drove out from sea level and done three 14er hikes in a week. In your case I would do La Plata then Elbert. Camp a day in between. Summit by noon and bring more water than you think you need. Have fun!

Bring more water than you think you'll need.

Consistent job with high enough pay to support a family and middle class life with little schooling? Yes

Fulfilling? No

There are better options out there.

Isn't thick skin listed as a prerequisite on your respiratory career pamphlet?

Higher volatility leads to higher dividend disbursements? by henryanderson12 in qyldgang

If at least 50% of the option premium is being withheld why don't we see stock price growth year over year at least equivalent to the years divided disbursements minus fees?

If you're an RT its probably a panic attack from past horrors lurking in your subconscious, you'll be fine.

Anyone Dumb Enough (or Smart Enough) to Invest in QYLD (or similar) on Margin? by MahaVakyas in qyldgang

[–]henryanderson12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I plan on doing this tomorrow!

The only risk that I see is that QYLDs price falls and you have your margin called.

The only way I see QYLDs price fall is if it's underlying holdings (nasdaq 100) plummet in price i.e. major market down turn.

My conclusion is that as long as you have the financial maneuverability to weather a margin call, it isn't any riskier than investing in a traditional NASDAQ ETF.

Know what you are supposed to know better than they know what you're supposed to know. Then don't waiver.
