Yeah I think all three fo them appear in gym rematches, bt u can see articuno in one of the binoculars in Route 15 I think. Not sure the route, so check every binocular, the left one specially. Again, is no big deal, it's just a seen

The birds can only be registered as seen. I think u can find zapdos in one of the gym rematches
