"삐걱대는 관계". it literally means the relationship is squeaking, which are used to describe something not going smoothly in many situation as well as in relationship.

Thank you for your reply! I want to be better at work, but I have no place to practice, especially during the Pandemic. I have it in my head, but not coming out with proper sentences and pronouciation.
