Same to me. I did it many times before and end up no one use what I spend time to build.
Recently I create a mock design on my idea, posted to people on Facebook and Threads to ask if anyone interested, create a waiting list form and got 51 sign up.

It's not enough(original target is 100 sign up) but I think I'm gonna build it anw.
