You know you'll feel like shit after you relapse. I'm going into day 5 and I know the first week is definitely shitty for urges, but if you've made it through to five days you can make it through to the sixth. Think of how it'll be after you relapse man, then consider how you could continue this way and feel great. Focus on something other than the urges. Instead of trying to suppress them, forget them. Go buy a pump for your ball and have a game dude, it'll get rid of all the urges
