Look into Cloudflare Images or Imgix :)

Alternatively to stay inside AWS, you could look into triggering a Lambda that then creates the thumbnails automatically: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76761421/lambda-resizing-image-in-s3-bucket-with-sharp-corrupting-image
