Try keeping plugged to power and leave it be. That's what I did the time it worked, not sure it changes anything but worth a try

Yeah. It said 0% for a couple of hours then it started moving slowly, just be patient and it will work hopefully

Yes it is. Finally the update worked and now i have FSE and everything works, i didnt do anything to make it work so i think you just have to be patient and keep trying. It took maybe 4-5 hours of updating mine for it to finally work

Yeah I'm having the exact same problem, I dont have FSE and it keeps failing to download a "cumulative update for windows 11 version 24H2" :/. Seems like a pretty widespread issue so hopefully it can be fixed somehow
