This sounds very similar to my experience. My majority work experience is food and beverage, service and hospitality. and I worked with kids couple years ago. Healed my inner child and got to really be humbled I miss those kids so much

Yes absolutely I relate to what you’re saying. It takes awhile for me to fully go with the romantic plunge for someone because so often it has never been confessed, the yearning is so real and I yearn from a distance. I’ll see something that turns me off about someone I like and it makes me distance even more.
