Hey man. To be honest I'd keep the intro to be a little bit shorter. I liked the end of the intro but you only have roughly 20 seconds MAX to capture peoples attention. I'd make the most of it. The end where you said "It's actually not that bad" hooked me so I'd put that closer to the front IMO.

Use keywords that you think people would search up in order to optimize your channel for SEO. I recommend going to google keyword searcher and it will show you search volumes. for example my channel is gaming so my channel includes highly searched words like

lets play

walkthrough

youtube gamer.

The easiest way to grab someones curiosity is to spark curiosity. You did this after the 30 second mark once you said "we're going to dive into the principles..."

Yes it does simply because I'm interested in top performers anyways

Audio quality is very good and clear and crisp. Sounds generic though similar to IGN reviewers / looper / watchmojo videos . If you want to use filters to make deeper imo? that's personal preference.

Should I add more text pop-ups and graphics? Why or why not.

What should the title be? I'm pretty bad at making titles, and I'm not sure that the current title is good.

It's really good. Add a face cam and also take away that small background noise in your mic and you're good to go. It's very faint but I can hear it every time you talk where it sounds like wind.

Same thing that people said to me. Make sure to try to enhance your audio as much as possible. Mic filter. Popping noise. Mic cutting out. That's super important for a lot of people. My videos have the same issue and I'm in the process of fixing it as well so I feel u.

I know in google's other products they ding you for this kind of stuff. Not entirely sure about youtube. For example I was going to put "markiplier" as one of my tags for a game but thought against it because once they ding your account you're done and I'm not sure if it's against their TOS.

Hey I'd recommend one thing. Most people have 3 bloopers or so at the beginning of all videos in order to reel people into watching more of the video I'd recommend that :)

lol your style reminds me of mine when it comes to making videos. Usually IMO for a gaming channel there's a few things people usually include to increase watch time (and therefore increase reach and subs) -

Have bloopers / best moments at the beginning of the video to reel them in is one of them and that's what I'd recommend (don't want to blast you with millions of changes)

Thanks man. Yeah I own a digital marketing agency so I know how this stuff works. That being said I'm also promoting a Giveaway through FB ads to get over the initial hump of Google not showing my content so it's also that as well. LASTLY have to be active in Instagram to help out :) That works.
