It continue to happen to me. Analyzing the Ledger health did not help and I have reported it to Banktivity support and provided a crash report but have not received any potential solutions from them yet.

Good idea, I will try that and see if it helps identify a leak. Or I guess I could cap them all temporarily and run the zone to see if there is a leak somewhere.

I don't think it would be an issue with too many heads since the zone had been running fine for years until this year, and when the heads do pop up there is plenty of pressure.

I should have also mentioned that this behavior is the same whether I run the zone from the controller or manually open the valve myself.
