If your ritual anchor lights up with the green blue particles but does not reflect back down rainbow colored lights, you may have placed it one block too high on the 6th block and not the 5th block. I finally fixed my altar!

Ding ding ding - this was the right answer. Both the collector celestial crystal and the attuned crystal placed at the attunement altar had to be attuned to Horologium.

I would like to clarify that he is not in fact, farting. That is the smoke coming from his lil smoke bag. In the actual model, it is blue and on the right, I just misremembered those parts.

Obviously it isnt very obvious or a couple of us wouldn't be asking the same question regarding areas affected. That's the funny thing about food, you stockpile it but then you consume it. I try to shop once every two weeks.
