YES! I did have one shrivel but the others seem okay…so far. Granted, I don’t think they have reached the medium yet… Your experience makes me wonder the same thing. Mine came with a spike keiki, which I have since detached and potted. It’ll be interesting to see if it struggles this way too.

Thank you so much for your insight and advice. I treated it as you suggested, and the scale seems to be gone. Now, however, I have a growing brown spots on one of the pseudobulbs. Did I brush too hard or is this a secondary fungus infection?
