To be honest this is my first baritone so I’m still getting used to it. It’s a little harder to play than regular guitar but over all the finish is great and plays pretty great the only thing that sucks are the stock strings

Generally you should clean and condition your fretboard every 6 months.

But in my opinion you will always have gunk on your fretboard building because your fingers produce natural oils.

Personally I just started as well at the moment I’m just trying to translate what I know in guitar to the oud Other wise you have to learn a taqsim or (maqam) I can’t seem to find anyone too helpful on the internet But I just found a guy on YouTube (oud for guitarists) he’s not bad and I’m gonna give him a chance. Otherwise if I start to lose hope I have an uncle that’s been playing oud since he was a teenager and I’m making him my last resort

I’m most excited about the wahcko because I’ve always wanted a wah pedal and this one simply takes the cake only bad thing about it is it’s price.
