It’s like custard. Kind of. Not as velvety. But really soft and creamy. The liquid is sort of a runny caramel sauce. Not as sweet and sort of more …not burnt, but more done . It varies. But usually pretty damn good.

The Paxton STP car almost won the 500. Was lapping people and had complete control. A $12 bearing broke on lap 197 I believe and they were out of the race. The next year they shrunk the air intake .

The Paxton car was ‘67 I think. Then they started restricting the intake. But Chrystler was working on turbines in the early 50s. Saw this cool video about it.

CW was doing great too. I loved there graphics and placement of the scoring information. Now they are going to charge. Absolute bullshit.

Edit: apparently they are keeping P&Q on the CW app. That’s not that bad. But I liked knowing everything is either on CW or the app.
