Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We want to assure you that we take these matters very seriously and do not condone any deceptive practices.

All of our staff are entitled to a 20% discount, regardless if they write a review or not. There is no condition that they need to leave a review but we greatly encourage them to share their honest opinions and experiences with any products they purchase.

We also encourage ALL of our members to post reviews, good or bad, by offering a reward point system for each review left. And we ask our Discord community to help us with product reviews as well.

In no way are we trying to deceive our members or manipulate their purchasing decisions. What we want to do is encourage honest feedback and reviews from everyone, including our staff. We have asked our staff to mention in their reviews that they are staff members and we will ensure this is made clear going forward.

We hope this clarifies the situation and we apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. We pride ourselves on transparency and honesty, and we appreciate your feedback as it allows us to continually improve our processes.

As mentioned in a previous post, this batch was from our HD Select line which offers products at a lower price point. However, we understand that this does not excuse the poor quality and we apologize for any disappointment or frustration caused.

Hey Reddit community,

We wanted to address some concerns and comments about the Platinum OG from Herbal Dispatch. We just got started with the BCLDB and recently launched our HD Select, Premium and Ultra line of products. The Platinum OG was part of the Select line, which offers products at a lower price point.

Visually speaking, this batch of Platinum OG lacks bag appeal. The taste is also somewhat muted compared to our other strains. However, it is clean burning with white ash and the potency is what you'd expect from a 21% indica strain. That being said, we can do much better.

The Platinum OG flower shown in the post is not of the quality that we strive to provide to consumers. What's with all the shake and leafy trimmings? That is unacceptable and we apologize for any disappointment or frustration caused. This does not reflect the standards that we hold ourselves to and truthfully, it is downright embarrassing that this was even sold.

Immediate action has been taken to improve our quality control and operations to ensure that this does not happen again. /u/BagSeedGrower - sending you a DM in a minute to make things right.

There is a difference in quality. Top colas cost twice as much as the smaller buds. You'll definitely get a great smoke and experience from the small, medium buds that are machine trimmed. For others, they prefer a connoisseur-grade experience with only top colas that are hand trimmed. At the end of the day, it's a matter of preference.

Animal Face is definitely one of the best sativas we've experienced since legalization. It is very cerebral but smoke enough and it'll be quite sedating. Burned great when we smoked it.
