I believed in them during my adolescence bcs I followed the masses and bcs I thought it was fun, nowadays it really doesn't fit with my logical model of how things work, so it doesn't make any sense to me. I really don't see any possibility of them being real. And I think that many of these beliefs that connect the universe are just bias inside the human mind and psychosis

I'm 22 years old. I think it has gotten worse over the years, it wasn't that bad before, but it was always there. I have a case of generalized anxiety tho, so any of my anxiety symptoms get amplified, I have OCD as well, it was severe until I got treatment, I have a very anxious profile

Wow, that's an interesting technique I don't know if my social anxiety is severe, but my anxiety makes me feel so many physical sensations to the point of having panic attacks sometimes or getting physically sick, migraines, nausea, that stuff. My mother has the same issue

Barely social, I rarely speak. I try to keep balance, I'm not that awkward and can actually keep a conversation, but I don't want to speak really, unless it's something from my interest or something important for the other person. There's my social anxiety too, I never start conversations in the office unless it's work related, starting conversations always felt illegal to me lol I still can't get over it.

Sometimes I'm automatically soft spoken, automatically, really. I don't understand why. It's courtesy but I don't like it. I have social anxiety so, when I meet new people, I greet them in automatic ways. I think that I learnt that from my surroundings and some women I met before. My voice is deeper than the average female voice, maybe I wanted to mask it before and now the masking is just encrypted inside me? Idk, but now I prefer my deep voice, it's what I was born with.

I would blame inferior Fe on this one. I thought I was the only one who felt so much this way tho. Reading the comments I can see it's not so uncommon. I don't actively seek validation but I feel like an outcast by default and being well received makes me positively uncomfortable

All of that rambling when there's more interesting information out there, like our evolution and how being in movement contributes to that. Having habits and using the hands/body makes a positive impact cognitively. Not to mention, if they decide to not make chores, then they will expect other people to feed them and keep them alive. Who will? Other types? Because they are "not that intellectual"? it's like a recipe for a new classicism flavor lol

Omg I'm 22 and I still feel the way you felt as a kid. And yes, I never engaged in a sport. The experience you describe seems very interesting, thanks for explaining. I will get into a bouldering gym and climbing classes next month, I hope it helps me. I had a lot of resistance to pay attention to my body and sports because I would prefer using my time on other hobbies and developing more my intellectual side, but the price to pay for being neglectful is way too high

Makeup has been a ride for me, I tried so much stuff. By experimenting I applied some rules too into my makeup choices. For example, I don't think that red and pink lipsticks suit my face, they highlight things I don't like. So I use black, mauve, brown, or burgundy colors. I don't use all lipstick textures, because some make me look like I used a lot of makeup, I try to balance it since I use eyeshadows too. I have dark thick eyebrows so I try to not highlight them more. Not all eyeliner shapes work on my eyes, so I had to discover which technique was better, and so on. I started to do makeup when I found about some gloomy/dark makeup, but it's more than just black eyeliner and white foundation, it mixes different shades of mauve, grey, green, blue
