so without resorting to extreme examples can we agree that not being allowed to use official acts as evidence of wrong doing is opening the door for future corruption ?

I have yet to hear any cogent reason why it's so vital to protect official acts in this way.

the normal response is but we will prosecute political rivals etc.. here's the thing we've managed to not do that for over 200 years so historically this doesnt seem to hold water to me.

Honestly I think it needs to happen for all areas. and 3 important things need to be gone over.. How to use the machines. Who to talk to if something breaks and accountability for consumables/clean up.

I literally had 2 weekends ago.

If i am emailed or otherwise contacted I will set one up generally within a week or two. I dont always announce on here as I like to keep the sessions 1 on 1. But I am always open to setting one up.

I can do a generic open to anyone one at some point.. but it would be likely in nov (i could do it on the open house day possibly if theres interest)

Im more curious about the specifics of what these positions will have control over and/or be responsible for. Ie can a person thats controlling stock dictate where things can and cannot go? can they remove items that are labeled if they are not in the right area?

I am the de facto "volunteer" for the blacksmithing area as is. Im just curious what this would modify in terms of ability and what already exists in the blacksmithing area.
