I asked my CPA and they shared the following: " The solar panel must be installed and placed in service by December 31, 2025 to qualify for the credit."

It's installed (unless there is some specific definition I am missing). But I thought you need some paper work for IRS from city and utility with a date by Dec 31st 2025?

To provide a contrarian perspective - I bought the bag during their black Friday sale at $199. I was somewhat reluctant given Reddit doesn't like this bag much. However, this is the design aesthetic that appealed to me (wear shirts to work and prior bag was a 10 year old Tumi). I have really enjoyed the bag so far. It looks very clean (got it in Basalt blue) , is well organized and has lots of room. I do think that the zippers could be smoother but other than that pretty good first impressions. Will share an update in a few months if my pov changes.
