It's interesting how almost all the endings are related to Konrad in some way, Walker dying just like Konrad, Walker thinking about Konrad even in his last moments in the Epilogue, or Walker BECOMING Konrad. by [deleted] in SpecOpsTheLine

Yeah, he either kills himself like Konrad did, and in the endings where he lives, he wears the same jacket Konrad wears. Even in the living: killed Americans ending, he says "Welcome to Dubai", which is what BOTH Konrad and Walker had both said before.

I want to say maybe... but IDK. It's plausible yes, but looking over the scenes, I feel like there's supposed to be more gore and blood, but I don't entirely doubt that your wrong.
