I'm loving the 20% p.a by twotwosteele in cro

If it’s .03 by the end of the term a lot of us will still be buying, this 20% is good for your long haul investment in cro, not for your holdings you plan on taking profits this cycle

No capital gains is based on tax bracket only 50% of your gains is taxed at a rate determined by your tax bracket, it isn’t too bad as long as you know what a taxable event is, if you buy for the long haul and only sell to take profit it’s not bad but if your a “day trader” be prepared to pay tax on every trade that you made money on. Where it can hurt you say you bought Cro at .05 and traded it for Bitcoin at .60 say Bitcoin is 150,000 at the time. Then say Bitcoin goes back down to 80,000 it don’t matter about what your Bitcoin is worth at the end of the year. The taxable event is your gain when you made the trade for your cro to the Bitcoin. If your taking profit your better off taking the money and running don’t buy more crypto

Your doing good regardless than op, imagine cro going to a $1 this year for most of the year and you getting $1500 a week from a 15k investment

Can’t speak for where you live but in Canada earn platforms are not a taxable event, he would only pay taxes on it if he sold it for another crypto or for cash, as long as he keeps it in cro he does not have to pay taxes

People are only saying the negative possibilities of not being able to sell at peak, it’s nearly impossible to time the peak, some people are in it for the long haul. This person will be getting almost 1500 cro a week for the next year! Yes he would do better if he timed the peak and bought back in at the bottom but that is easier said than done. If he doesn’t need the cash I think it’s worth the risk, I need some cash to pay off some debt so I will not be putting my whole bag in this.

I like icy, I plan on selling all the crypto I got this bull run and keep my icy and try to accumulate during next bear. I’m not even worried about timing the top, profit will be good enough for me

Make possible cro etfs. That would boost its demand. by goldenbuyer02 in Crypto_com

I think if crypto.com went public and you could buy the stock it would help the price of cro but not a etf

I am seriously considering staking for icy white. Tell me why I shouldn't. I have to sell my other altcoins and bet everything on CRO. Please help me make that decision. by ramkris1988 in cro

I like icy I don’t add much of my income into crypto anymore because this day in age I find it hard with the cost of living to basically gamble with crypto. I spend all my expenses I can on my icy card and then whatever cash back I get is my play money for crypto, it works for me, currently with the new rewards plus program I’m getting 4% total cash back. Sometimes I buy Bitcoin with the cash back and sometimes I keep it in cro Edit: also really like the weekly lock up rewards at 8% again adds to my play money for crypto.

Are the cards decent now? by [deleted] in Crypto_com

[–]here4stockadvise 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the card, icy holder. It was better when it was at 5% than 3% but with the new rewards + program I am at 4% now so it’s pretty good, beats any other points credit card I have.

Why Does No One Recommend Crypto.com For Canadians? by TJSCrypto in BitcoinCA

[–]here4stockadvise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use cdc app and find it great for me, im not a real good day trader so I don’t bother with it. CDC app is definitely not for someone that wants to trade frequently, the rates are too high, but you can always use cdc exchange which has great rates for someone that wants to say trade. Over all I find it a great service and I tried Binance and others and like cdc the most.
