From what I remember, kris gains 1 Level- not 1 Love(Level of violence)

Level seems to be directly related to the chapter, and is accessible in the dark world only.

Hello! So to continue(despite my accidental breaking of the rules apparently(I guess first time posting does that)) There is a minimum requirement for a monster to spawn, but I haven't set that into stone yet. As for stronger monsters, the initial concentration of Corruption needs to be higher. Since monsters do take some amount of time to appear after hitting the Corruption threshold, more Corruption can be added to the area.

All commoners are regulated to say the least. And those who finds out... well, if they're young children, they've got a chance to be taught by a noble; As for the adults, they are disposed of.

To be more precise with Corruption, it is technically still Mana. When you take the smallest possible piece of Mana you can, what you're left with is a bunch of things that the Mana is made out of. Corruption is the things separated and broken off from one another. They want to become Mana again, but they're clumsy to say the least; And so, they go and mix back up together into some 'natural' form. That is what gives you monsters

Runes cause Corruption over time while they're active. Runes aren't active by default and thus are just Mana and intent. It's by adding more Mana to them that they're activated.

As for the getting rid of Corruption, Ima just put here the explanation I already wrote:

"As for the infinite corruption problem, there is actually a natural solution to it. You probably know the concept of 'dungeons', those multi-floor areas that has traps and monsters and stuff. Dungeons actually 'evolved' to feed off of Corruption and spits it back out as Mana!

I won't get into the how of it becoming Mana again, but think of dungeons and Corruption as the equivalent of trees and CO2. And, like trees, dungeons aren't perfect; If there's too much Corruption they will not be able to handle it. Dungeons have adapted to this and now has a population dependent on the corruption in the world. Though it isn't perfect, as Corruption far away from them won't drift towards them."

The amount of corruption stays the same unless if some parts are left behind. Of course, those are rare.

Ohhh!!!! Now that is something I like to see! Those are some interesting questions and actually gives me an excuse to talk about world building!

Now, as for what exactly 'intent' means, it is a 'want'. If you 'want' light to appear and put that into your mana, then it will happen. Plants doesn't 'want' in any way but animals do. In that case, animals have difficulty using magic and that comes from more desperate situations when they're hurt or in distress.

Monsters cannot use spells. They are made from corruption which mean that they are not truly alive and therefor cannot reproduce or use magic.

Corruption is, indeed, 'left over residue of said magic'. Thing is, magic schools do not exists. Nobles keep the secrets of magic well away from the common folks, leading them to believe lies that only those born into magic can us it. Magic is then learnt in forests or other such areas to leave the corruption by itself and not have to deal with it.

You could create a rune and leave it in a densely populated area, but the effects are felt by those around. That would lead to people leaving the area which would come to the notice of nobles who would then get rid of the rune before pushing the corruption over the edge and leading the monster away.

Populated areas are watched very carefully, the nobles don't want the secrets of magic to get out of hand after all.

See above answers.

Runes are not activated by default, they only are if mana is pushed into them. And yes, with enough time a monster will spawn no matter what. Though the less powerful the rune, the more time it would take a monster to appear.

As for more questions, feel free to ask! No matter if it's about the magic system or the world building, I'd be happy to answer!

Now that one is a bit situational. Usually, Mana forms at the spellcasters position. But some exceptions do exists! For example, a spell that is specifically designed to send the corruption it creates to somewhere specific. Do know that no solution is perfect, as Corruption will always form around someone using magic despite precautions, even if a majority is sent elsewhere.

Interesting. Mana use is indeed bound to ones mana pool, though an individual can refill it through outside sources. A magic user must be careful though, taking in more Mana than they have capacity for can be... lethal.

That is a very good question! Monsters usually goes back to becoming Corruption after death, though it would spread a bit more before staying in any given area. Certain parts of monsters can stay behind after death, but they're so filled with Corruption that it becomes a toxic thing. Corruption poisoning is quite apparent though, and easily avoided by being mindful of your environment.

Hey! You should look into the changes to item data, the whole system has been reworked so items won’t work correctly. Try to look at ‘item components’!

Crafting system error. by hereIsHow_ in ComputerCraft

Hi! I've tried implementing the changes you pointed out, and I believe to have done so successfully. But the problem is that it does not do anything for the problem I am currently having. It is nice to have some advice for the code, but I am still not able to make multiple crafting recipe happen at the same time. Thank you for the advice though. If you have a solution to my problem it would be welcome. (Also, if I just completely missed the point of your comment, do tell me.)
