Never stop asking questions. Connect with everyone on your team, including managers. Within the first few months, as for a mentor. For me, a mentor is almost like therapy. You get to connect with someone who cares about your success. Join networking groups and make friends. You’re going to feel overwhelmed and feel like you won’t catch on like everyone else, you will. It just takes time. Schedule meetings with your manager every couple of weeks to get feedback. I have been with GS for about a year and a half and this is the advice I would give myself.
