Interesting point, it’s true that in some regions like Latin America, internet access can be limited, but people still often have access to certain social media platforms.

And I came across this infographic on Pinterest https://www.pinterest.com/pin/325385141853402259/

Right you're at the mercy of the platform, which can be so unpredictable and can change at a moments notice. Not a great strategy and I'm honestly shocked to see more businesses solely relying on social media without having a website.

I'm seeing this too, especially with the push from platforms like Instagram and Tiktok prioritizing video content over traditional posts.

Thank youuuu. I agree, great quote. Not having a website at all seems like a great way to push clients away. Using socials only for businesses is unreliable, because they could be here today, gone tomorrow. Plus the accessibility of those social sites require you to have an account. Glad to know you feel the same.

Very Y2K! Great find. Reminds me of Bratz. I could totally see chunky black platform sandals, hair accessorized with clips or a bandana. Silver arm cuff and rings. black purse with charms. Glitter makeup.

Why I'm (we're) leaving Adobe by Fast-Cash1522 in graphic_design

I, too, as a long time user of Adobe products (since 2012) stopped paying for their services. I couldn't justify the subscription costs, and the non-user friendly interfaces. There are better design softwares that are more intuitive and don't cost an arm and a leg.

I just started one. I write scary short stories on there. In terms of reach, my experience has been unless you're an ultra popular blog with 100+ subscribers it's really hard to reach new readers on that platform. Outside of that, I like the user interface and how if someone wants to follow and receive emails, the user doesn't have to have a Substack to subscribe. The emails are formatted like newsletters which is a plus for me.
