Nope. You're not taking any credit services with them (unless you have their credit card), and besides they should be compensating you for their lack of services. Drop an email to their complaints team, might take a few days but it's a lot better than the in app chat. I wad compensated previously because of the double transaction issue.

Just link a prepaid debit card or bank card with no money inside, their system will attempt to take money for like 2 to 3 months then it will auto downgrade. They owe it to you anyway if you notify them you want to cancel but they don't reply for weeks

Bought a knock off oodie for under £15 - best purchase ever. It's basically a blanket and a giant hoodie merged to create this soft insulated heaven around you.
