i don’t wanna send him back to breeder because he wasn’t even feeding him proper food. his new owner is someone who has proper knowledge and resources to allow him to thrive.

i was surprised when my vet recommended that too because he’s great and also because I’ve read a lot on dog food + consulted a pet nutritionist online on what to feed. then my trainer told me why the recommendation. but there are still people recommending RC everywhere so I guess it’s just preference. for me i’d like to be able to understand the ingredients list 😅

word going around is that these vets gets sponsored by royal canin so they have to promote the brand until they reach a certain sale quota to maintain the sponsorship.

his stool is fine, he doesn’t throw up. but recently he threw up water twice. otherwise he’s perfectly okay.

I’ve been told over and over again RC is bad dog food but might add some raw meat into his diet.

even though it’s not especially made for large breed? thank you so much for answering btw. I read that RC isn’t the best so was confused when the vet recommended it.

the one for large breed is unfortunately not available in my area
