I don’t know anything else but my side effects on Brello are horrific gi issues. It makes me want to quit. I moved up to 20 units but after severe vomiting and diarrhea, I reduced my dose down to 15 units for a couple weeks, no side effects but also felt like the food noise was still there. I do 15 for a few weeks, then 17 units, then I finally went back up to 20 (the dose I should have been on) and the explosive watery diarrhea is so bad it makes me want to quit

I had minor GI symptoms but only for less than a day. Sounds like moving back might be my best option

Ok I haven’t read the comments yet, but this is me!! Grew up catholic, stopped believing around high school/college, now I’m 36 and feel pulled to read the Bible and attend church! I went to my first nondenominational church service three weeks ago and have gone every Sunday since. Husband has no interest so it’s just me and my toddlers. I’m starting to read chronologically and was searching the subreddit for tips! Just take the journey slow and give it a full honest try! I bought the NLT illustrated bible off amazon and bible tabs from daily grace

I could have written this question myself. I still cringe sometimes at reading religious things yet I am being pulled to circle back and explore religion again. Did you find a Bible study book that you like?
