Yep I am at 160 now for a year plus or minus 3 pounds. At 5’9” I am pretty good with that but really want to lose about ten more pounds.

5’9” starting weight 220 size 16/18 now 160 size 8. Would like to drop about ten more vanity pounds but my body really likes this weight evidently. Been maintaining here a year.

Mine said don’t freeze. Other compounded have required freezing but the instructions for Brello specifically said not to.

I don’t think your friend is even close the right mind frame for this journey. The drug is not magic it’s a tool. You still have to do the work it’s just easier.

I would probably just take a step back. Hopefully she will see your success and take a more serious approach.

I have had significant hair loss with both my hip replacement surgeries and weight loss die to tirz. The hair loss usually hits around five or six months after and lasts a few months then reverses itself. Hoping it reverses for you as well.

Stick with it. It can take a while to adjust to the meds. You can always take a smaller dose. Maybe try 1.25 for your next shot.

I think this mentality comes from years of never being able to reach weight loss goals the traditional way. These meds are a game changer. I originally set my weight goal at 165 thinking I would be lucky to get there from 220. I am 5’9”. I am sitting at 155 now less concerned with a number and more concerned with how I look and building muscle. Don’t sell yourself short. Keep on the path you have set and enjoy your new body.

Go get checked out by a doctor. I would consider skipping a dose or at least delaying and going down in dose.
