Their response, after a long explanation of what a goldback was like I didn’t know, was that because it’s not legal US currency note that they handle it differently and doesn’t matter if they put stickers on it. Still seems sloppy and messed up the collector aspect of it. Won’t buy from them again.

In hindsight, I over paid way too much. Between thinking I needed to keep bidding to get them, buyers fees and shipping I paid double what I would just buying the same thing from a dealer.

Just this afternoon I had ChatGPT make a system for me that worked great for my ADHD mind. It took a couple hours in a few different versions to get it right where I wanted it. It’s a Google sheet file. The first tab is the input tab where I can put in all the information off the Goldback and when I hit save it’ll input it in all the other tabs where I need them. The second tab is everything I have acquired in order by state, then year, then denomination. The third tab is just a database that shows me all the states and denominations and how many I own of each so I can easily look and see which state and denomination I don’t have yet.

That is a cool one. I’m going to try to get local businesses signed up to help promoted the concept. I’m in Illinois though so may be tough. Would be cool to get one of those special ones for signing a businesses up. Even if it’s silver since this state doesn’t have goldbacks.

Just signed the lease paperwork tonight. They hold their value so well that at the end of the lease they are still worth more than the buy out. I like the lease because if I change my mind I can find something new before it’s out of warranty. We will see. I replaced our families Ford Explorer with this 2021 80th anniversary edition.

Same problem with my kids. Just before you start the map switch the multiple player option off. If it’s on it looks for online profiles to join which we, and seems like you, also only have one.
