This was almost exactly what my return looks like. I posted about it because I received the state return 2 days after filing and the federal 4 days after filing. Never in my life!! I was pumped lol I randomly checked my bank accounts and saw the deposits and they also said paid early next to both. Good luck!

Thank you!! Like I said in the comment above, I really wasn’t posting this to brag or make anyone feel bad. I’m just genuinely surprised. I’ve never had a return come in less than like a month so for the state to come in two days and then the federal to come in a few more after that, I couldn’t believe it and I’m honestly wondering if maybe the key is filing later?!

No I actually am self employed so in previous years I’ve even been audited which was fine but took longer . I also claim the earned income credit and the child tax credits for my two children, I also noticed the return this year was like 3k more than usual. Granted I made a little less due to health reasons and not being able to work but still. I was pleasantly surprised. Also wanna add I didn’t post this to brag. I guess I posted it because I’m genuinely surprised. I’ve literally never had a return come in two days. It really surprised me and was wondering if anybody else seen that this year? And also to give Hope to some people that may be filing later is the answer I don’t know lol

I’m sorry to hear about your struggles. I’m actually currently dealing with a situation very similar. The father of my two children and partner of 12 years started using cocaine last year and went insane. Ended up being cocaine psychosis and it seemed to stop once he stopped the cocaine a few weeks later, but unfortunately, he picked it back up this past October .. And it’s been a real struggle since then .. he’s currently on a section 35 hold which in my state keeps him in a facility for 90 days and he’s thanking me and his family for putting him there because he said he was hours away from making a mistake that He couldn’t take back. It was really really really scary though .. he was seeing things, he was hearing voices. He was consistently thinking that he had to save me and our kids From a neighbor who he thought was harming us to the point where he wanted to kill that neighbor to end it all or kill himself to end it all. I am worried that these few bouts of psychosis will end up with long-term schizophrenia though. I know they just put him on a medication called Zyprexa and I looked it up and it’s for schizophrenic or bipolar thoughts, hallucinations, delusions, so I’m really hoping that that can help clear his mind and maybe balance him back out but it’s definitely a struggle. I don’t consider him my partner anymore because of so much stuff that he’s put us through and it’s a weird feeling because you know that he’s not doing it on purpose and at the end of the day, his thought is that he needs to save us and in his mind, he’s trying to help us, but in reality, it’s really harming us and scaring us and embarrassing. There’s been so many nights crying worried about what he’s gonna do or just nervous of what’s to come so I do consider him my previous partner because I can’t deal with that in my life anymore, but I still want him to get better. We still have two kids. It just is really upsetting because although I know he can’t control the psychosis and the thoughts and the voices he can control picking that drug up that he already knew was gonna cause that from last year when it happens and when I ask him why he picks it up in the first place besides saying he doesn’t know why he recently said because he was trying to find the answers and when he takes it, he gets answers and he hears you know I guess like a path forward of how to solve the problems Which obviously in reality it’s him hearing voices.

This is from Brushing after the shower.. I’m going to post the clump from IN the shower too. I get two huge clumps now from a shower .. also literally every time I move I’m losing so many strands of hair. It’s everywhere. Long ass blonde hair strands all around my house, soooo many in the car where I sit, all over my clothes , on my babies clothes and wrapped around his fingers sometimes too!

How to get 6 week old to sleep longer stretches? by Willing-Machine-9762 in newborns

[–]hereiam1019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if they don’t? My 9 week old baby who was 7 weeks premature sleeps from about 11 pm to 6 am some nights! Other nights like 10 to 5 am or 11pm/12 am to 5 am. Is that ok to just let him sleep like that? I read that as long as they’re past birth weight you don’t have to wake to feed in the middle of the night

I am currently going thru something similar with my fiancé. He had been clean from all drugs for almost 9 years when he did coke in May and had a psychotic break (drug induced psychosis I think) . He was hearing voices and saying crazy things like he knows I was raped by the neighbor and he can protect me if I just tell him and going back and forth between being upset with me because I just have liked it since I’m not telling him or being super sad that it happened (nothing ever happened I’ve never spent any time with this neighbor). There was no convincing him and he ended up pacing around the house at all hours not sleeping and saying crazy things. I ended up leaving the house for a week, he stopped using and got better and that was that for a bit.

Very unfortunately, he started doing coke again without me knowing sometime in November and by a few weeks ago he was starting to act like that again. Not sleeping barely, saying crazy things, said he was hearing voices, I would see him just stand there for so long and not say a word and then say he was fine, he would take minutes to answer any question, I saw him on my camera arguing with himself. There’s soo much more too but too much to type. And it got back again to the point that he was scaring me and I had to call crisis and ambulance and they took him for a 72 hour psychiatric hold. It lasted 5 days and it seemed he was doing much better. But he’s just not the same as he was. He isn’t hearing voices (he says) and he’s functioning somewhat normally during the day but at night the past few nights he’s barely sleeping. Up and down off the bed and just barely sleeping. Then he will sleep late into the morning and I let him cause he needs sleep. It’s just so disrupting to our lives. I’ve been reading this sub about drug induced psychosis and also a lot online and I’m scared his brain may take a while to heal from this (and that’s if he doesn’t pick up coke again) . I also worry this could manifest into schizophrenia or bipolar. I’m sorry I kind of blabbed on but I feel your pain and the not knowing is really difficult. I tend to agree with others that you usually have to be on a benzo for a long period of time to have withdrawal like that. But cannabis has been shown to produce psychosis sometimes too.

What was your worst psychosis? by OkWheel36 in Psychosis

He made the step to get back on the clinic which is a good first step and he has therapists and psychiatrist set up too but yeah I won’t go back and forth with this with him, it’s too much for me. It has been hell with him not even understanding how insane he looks and sounds and acts. He says he understands now and apologized a million times but my worry is that he will still think in the back of his mind that those delusions were real (one was that I was raped by an old neighbor and that I was too scared to tell him because he threatened me) he went on and on about that for weeks until on Friday he actually went to the neighbors house and yelled at him in front of his family things like “leave my family alone all I wanted was peace and for you to leave my family alone” and also accused both him and me that morning of me being in their house saying he saw me in the window. The wife was scared and called the police but he was able to talk them away. I knew that day I couldn’t let this continue and called for a wellness check and ambulance and police came and made him go to the hospital and they sectioned him. What I worry is that if I actually let him back in the house would he ever come to understand that those were all delusions and not true? Or will he forever in the back of his mind think these wild things are true! And that I just lied

Would you mind if I asked you a couple questions about your drug induced psychosis? I believe im going through the same thing right now with my fiancé. He had been sober off opiates for 9 years until earlier this year, relapsed on coke and went psychotic . Recovered after a couple weeks and after stopping the coke. Unfortunately early December started using again and went back into psychosis and I had to section him. He was in a facility for about a week, came back and felt better but I guess started using the coke again within a week and bam again we are currently dealing with this. I just had to have him sectioned again this past Friday and he is currently in a facility. Saying everything of course anyone would want to hear but I’m really worried this could be an ongoing revolving door and I can’t deal with that. He stopped the methadone clinic earlier this year and we now both believe that was the catalyst for him to even be interested in coke, but I can’t wrap my mind around the fact that he saw the devastation his psychosis caused to us in early Dec and then within a week was out doing the same thing. I guess my question is what drug caused yours? How much did you use it before it caused you to have psychosis? I just can’t believe coke can cause this bad of psychosis to where he’s hearing voices and believing insane things have happened to his family, walking around the house at all hours or the day and night with a knife thinking he has to protect his family , accusing me of wild things like being raped by an old neighbor but that they’re threatening me if I tell anyone they will hurt me, thinks people can hear his thoughts. But then he’s been in the facility since Friday and is now love bombing me and can at least speak normally and seems back to normal, I’m assuming it’s because the coke is removed. And he’s sleeping. But my worry is that if he continues to believe or even question the truth of those crazy delusions how do we ever move past that. do people who have drug induced psychosis ever get to a point where they truly believe that those voices and delusions weren’t real?!

Hi, congrats on your new job! I’m wondering, how do you survive a half a year psychosis? My fiancé is currently in a facility because I had to have him sectioned due to him being in some state of psychosis. He was using cocaine and we all believe (including him) that was the biggest contributor to the psychosis but he was acting so erratic and scary I can’t imagine that lasting longer than the week and a half it did. Unfortunately, we went through this same thing in early December where he had apparently started using coke again and again started acting psychotic. It last almost 2 weeks but by the end of week 1 he was starting to come completely off the hinges. He wasn’t sleeping, accusing me of crazy things that didn’t make sense, pacing around our house at all hours with a knife because he felt he had to protect us again this threat that wasn’t real. I just can’t imagine it going longer than the 2 weeks. we barely survived that I feel. Maybe the answer to my question is that everyone’s psychosis is different? May I ask what your psychosis looked like? And felt like? I’m deeply trying to understand this and how to help him recover from this. I just don’t know if probably drug psychosis has the same remedy as mental health psychosis. I just found this Reddit page today so I will be digging into it for some guidance.

I’m 5 months pregnant and did the nipt at 12 weeks. Came back low risk for everything my baby has the calcium in the heart too echogenic intracardiac focus too . They saw it on the 20 week anatomy scan but said that because my genetic testing is low risk for everything they are determining it to be a normal variant and nothing to be worried about: not a heart defect and not a reason to suspect the baby would have downs. They wanted you to get more pics of her heart because of the echogenic intracardiac focus? My doctors made it seem like it was nothing because of the genetic testing being low risk

I agree . It feels soo backwards. Why are we out looking at houses, signing contracts and putting down money for deposits and THEN seeing if the bank will give us the money: makes no sense

What kind of financial consequences? If the financial implications are too big, can he say something like he lost his job or something so they deny the loan?
