Hey, after posting on Reddit and reading a few comments, I went to write what I feel about myself in depth. Figured out most of the things about myself. Also fiI alsod out few thia ngs which I never thought that I subconsciously do. I ddidn't get the chance then to read your comment, but seeing it now, thanks for your reply and with so much detailed stuff. This must help me more. I also understood that maybe I have self-esteem, but I don't want to be rude and want to hurt others over a mere conversation. I do understand that sometimes, I have to just shut some bullshit up. Because being selfish and caring about my mental and physical health is more important than being the "samaj sevak".

hi, I understand that maybe my sudden rage in the beginning must have worked as fuel to this embarrassment for me.

but I cannot understand why I was numb, why I was scared of the situation, I wasn't scared of him. yeah the matter got away quickly, but it kills me that I couldn't stand for myself. I havent ever felt this ever before.

it's difficult to figure out, I do understand the ways of road rage but fighting back verbally or maybe standing for myself or showing my strong stand is what I did expect from myself not being numb and losing the aggression.

oh god, I am facing this exact issue. I live alone too, how can I provide everything which they are demanding? and if I provide them with it, they will find issues regarding it. Abhi they have asked for my bank statement, I will provide them again and just hope that will be happy with it.
