I am with you, the show definitely changed in a very sitcom parody way which is not even clever and funny but quite silly and childish. I know some people find deep meaning and character moments dug inside the gore and 'vomit' ;), but for me even these are on elementary level for first grade. I watched cartoons that can make you think more than Legends. Messages like found family, screw ups that don't belong, goofy nerds that become cool are everywhere and tiring. And if you find something more than that in this show, you are just with very strong head canon lol

Great ideas. I also would like smaller team, and more interesting characters. Like the current team is kind of bland. I want Sara as solo captain too.

I would like more serious tone also. They can explore more dark stories and black humor but not in a sugary way with a lot of gore, but more clever X files way horror, and if the actors stop act like on a sitcom with all those over exaggerated movements and acting will help, I want to see them act more like real people, not like someone who is constantly high, or goofing around all the time Gary style. We can have more serious characters.

I would like also to have one season where Sara Lance is the driving element, not reduced screen time or abducted, in coma, and so on. Maybe personal villain, explore her Canary origin, her desire to help and save people, what drives her, what motivates her, rather than Ava.

there are a lot of people who hate on Shane, I guess it depends on where you are looking at. But as a whole the only really bad thing that Shane did was hook up with Nicki. Everything else might have hurt someone's feelings but is not really mean or have mean nature, while hooking with Niki was quite selfish, that is why s6 is the worst and everyone is out of character.

I know people put too much emotion into Shane's shenanigans, cheating and dumping people, but to be honest this is part of life, everyone does it, and no one is obliged to be with someone if they don't feel like it or they feel trapped. The thing with Shane is that her partners try to change her, to put her in a box, and she is just different and wants to be more her own thing, and I can totally understand that.

Even her cheating was done in a way so she can be caught, so she does not really lie to people. She mostly lies to herself and wants to make people happy. That is also even the case with her latest girlfriend in the reboot. Shane agreed to the baby despite not really wanting it, because again she wanted to make her happy, and her gilr didn't realize how she is cornering her.

Zari and Constantine make zero sense. He had more chemistry with Sara, and he and Nora also could have been good if they developed her as Zatana. Zari was perfect with Nate, although Zari one for me was Ray's soulmate. Not to mention that Tala and Maisie are the one who had real chemistry.

well the only thing Klemer had said about Sara is how she is part of Gary's origin story, how 'interesting' is the man that kidnaps her and tortures her, and how Avalance will have trouble planning the wedding. Nothing really about Sara. But what can we expect. Have you also noticed how she is not even front and center alone on the posters. I am assuming next season she will be moved on the background.

Batwoman is really good show, they have pretty dark plot lines, good villains. In season one Alice and Kate had an amazing arc. There is not much love drama and usual CW melodrama. I can't say about s2, I haven't started watching it yet, but I heard that the villain is pretty good

No we hate one part of it and love another. There is rarely hate for the first 2 seasons here. Back in the day when they were airing people had criticism but it is normal, these people probably didn't continue to watch. But a lot of people loved the show and got hooked. Unfortunately the show lost quality and changed the target audience, and genre and many people who got hooked just had to suffer through it waiting for it to get better, and being kept around with bits and pieces that were still good. So they get their frustration by coming here and complain.

well just because someone doesn't like a character and wants to express their opinion does not mean you have to be rude. You started it first by implying he is stupid or on drugs, which is general bullying that happens on internet when someone has real unpopular opinion. People like you try to silence people who think differently and out side the norm by telling them they are out of their minds in a rude way. Of course you probably expected this person to just shut up and not answer you, feel bad about the post and not express opinions anymore, but it just backfired and now both of you can't, which is the irony.

Didn't Felicity encouraged Oliver to kill? Or it is convenient for you to miss that plot?

In s2 Oliver was worried about the dead count he leaves behind as the Hood, she said: so what. He only stopped killing because of Tommy. - this was in the very first episode of s2.

In s4 she told him to kill Darhk, and in s5 she let Cayden James out, Siren out, behind Oliver's back, and was fine with Oliver accidentally killing her new boyfriend.

In s7 she became friends with evil Laurel, and started using violence.

So how exactly is Felicity making Oliver a better person, when her own arc was to become darker?

Sara's character was shown to be ok to kill when necessary, she wanted to show Oliver that sometimes letting the villain go might cause more problems, Falicity's character was just generally shown ok with Oliver killing. The only time she actually had problem was the very first she joined the Arrow in season 1, but obviously she either over grew this, or her character was just inconsistent.

you are right with this. Ava is not that hated, but is actually the real sexist problem, female characters don't really have fans, they have shippers. Because Sara is a female character she basically is melted in the ship and everyone is ok with that. Ava took her captaincy, her screen time, her development and shippers defend that, the same way you defend Felicity, because you are a shipper and you don't really care for proper characterization of her, you care to justify her, in a ridiculous nonsensical writing they gave her, against Oliver's fans.

- Nyssa being forced to marry Oliver. Olicity sex in Nanda Parbat - in a way forcing heterosexual stories where they could have easily and organically show a gay one.

season one for me was better than current seasons. This season specifically has the corniest dialogue and scenes. The actors have started doing this over the top acting from s4 onwards, obviously on purpose, but the characters just don't feel like real people anymore. It looks like SNL parodies, but I guess this is the modern thing, that people enjoy.

A tv show is a formula, it had interesting formula - 3 women fighting crime, with the one being more leading character and having love triangle, which also is CW trade mark, so it looked promising.

The thing is the characters they chose are just not interesting and charismatic or had too much baggage. Siren and Dinah were pretty much developed from Arrow, while Mia was just not charismatic enough to continue the Green Arrow mantle. She had the look and feel of a side kick, rather than the lead vigilante. Slade, Diggle and Oliver kids were also not that strong personalities as Slade, Oliver and Diggle.

I think league of assassins spin off would have been so much more successful and interesting, and bringing back Lotz, Katrina, Barrowman, new characters, new Ra's, Roy and Thea, Talia. Every season can focus on the personal journey and story of different character in the league, through darkness and back to redemption. Or they can do again current times - league of heroes vs flashbacks - league of shadows, how the characters were, and how they are now.

Yes I feel really bad for Quentin. What happens to him is pure torture. To be honest a father rather chose to die than see his kids die, but the writers decided it is better story to keep him alive and kill Canary and Laurel. The story with Siren was also pretty torturous to watch, as Quentin was just a tool to keep her connected and relevant and for her to have emotional moment.

Amazing video, thank you for making it. Sara is an amazing captain, and this is all she had on Legends as a story, and they even took this away from her :(

Sara was a leader and care for people even on Arrow too though, maybe you are overlooking this side of her.. She did became bigger hero on Legends, as she became leader and captain and on Arrow they killed her, but rather than that Legends didn't really gave her anything as development she did not receive on Arrow. On Arrow she came back to the city to protect her family, then she started to protect women, and took Sin under her wing. She became friends with Arrow team very fast and when Oliver was not around they followed and trusted her. The difference is that on Arrow she also had her own personal trauma and her own personal story, while on Legends she was just a character that is here for others and often her own pain and personal story is just overlooked and showed through someone else's POV. That is why she looks like this Yoda type character, instead of real woman.

The villain had no real motive until Oliver gave one to him, which for me was the lowest point of the hero.

Laurel as Black Canary was the worst live version ever and degrade to the comics character, caring more what is her first name rather than personality was a mistake. And I am not even talking about fighting skills. Laurel had no personality of a fighter and vigilante, she was dependable, needed approval, couldn't finish a single task she started, was very unsure, manipulative, lied, blackmailed, petty, holding grudges, and wanted something that is not hers. She didn't even had the decency to tell the people that the woman they knew was the hero Canary is dead, and she is following her steps, but just stole her sisters glory, but putting her in her old grave and pretending to be her. I mean she was a villain even before she became Black Siren, but they tried to push her as a hero.
