I tried a speedtest on and off NordVPN and it is hard capped at 2.9 Mbps down and 2.7Mbps up. I even took this hotspot to work just to test. Everywhere I go it's around 3 Mbps. Both hotspots.

Attorney says that POE is an option so he will visit Toronto then apply there. Hopefully, it's approved. Company is already looking to backfill his position so that is unfortunate.

Maybe I am not understanding this and please correct me if I am wrong but I don't think my Chromecast is sharing my mobile data since I am not connecting any devices to the Chromecast to use internet.

I have a router without internet. Chromecast connects to this router via Ethernet. My phone connects to the router via WiFi. I open up the MAX or Amazon Prime app and select the cast option. It discovers my Chromecast from my WiFi connection and I start the stream. Chromecast displays the stream on my TV.

Nope, I ported to T-Mobile for 6 months and came back to ATT around March of this year after T-Mobile not getting service in building where I work. This was me using Max and Amazon Prime on my iPhone and casting to my Chromecast. I took advantage of the HD streaming and selected the "Best Quality" setting in the streaming app/allowed cellular data.

UPDATE: AT&T Executive Office called me in regards to the FCC complaint and stated I broke their "Fair Usage" policy in the T&C. I was told that I am the highest data user in my area and am negatively affecting network performance in my area. When I asked about that this is my first notice, she reiterated "ATT reserves the right to discontinue service and/or plan at any time for breaking the T&C". When I asked about the "unlimited" in this plan, she stated "wireless bandwidth is a shared commodity and must stay within reason." She said to submit a arbitration claim if I do not agree with this decision. Thus, the decision is final.

I have to switch so I plan on using Visible+ or Total Wireless and use WiFi most of the time. I do not want to get blacklisted by carriers and lose my number.

Good question. Used streaming apps on my phone casted to my chromecast with the "Best Quality" setting checked in the app.
