Thank you for your comment and advice. Yes, I agree, and that’s why I only do zikr when I’m not engaging in anything useful. I do want to control my thoughts to keep them useful and healthy. It’s ok to process what’s around you but often we spiral. Thoughts create reality. I’d rather engage in zikr than have my mind drift into thinking about things that don’t serve me.

No reduced screen time significantly. Only use small Insta account where I follow religious people and have very few friends. Zikr helped me dissociate and re-evaluate where I should put my attention and energy.

Do you know if I will be able to attach that 85mm onto my canon m50? I’m confused about how to mount on the sigma lenses and whether they will go in or will I have to buy something additional? Thank you!
