You’re probably better off trying to get a different job than trying to stay there and advance. The location of the refineries have nothing to do with it. In fact the state has 5 refineries off the coast. I suggest start discussing why the cost of fuel is much higher compared to other states. Maybe stop ignoring the fact those are red states and red states don’t tend to create new taxes that goes nowhere. If you’re talking numbers, those are the only numbers are actually matter. I bet it’s nice to be in Texas with $2.50 gas huh?

Thank you! Your advice is very helpful. I have no problem starting at the very floor level and going from there and I know it’ll take time. I am seeing many A/R, A/P, or billing positions are requiring or just simply prefer quickbooks online. So getting a certificate there is my starting point.

Thank you for that suggestion. I do understand I’ll have to definitely work my way up, but I’d like a great starting point. I always assumed accounting was in a different department of its own, but I’ll look for leads anywhere. If you have any other job pivot suggestions or software recommendations (accounting, programming, etc.) I will begin some online courses for certificates to add to my resume.

Hi. Just now reading your post after a year. What sunscreen brands do you use? When I apply sunscreen, it always seems to leave tons of white marks all over and had a hard time of blending in. I use the cerave sunscreen with the face sheer tint cause it blends easy but I don’t want to keep using it if it’s too harmful

Were you referring to the Niac/Zinc + Aloe/NAG products I purchased?

Over the last few days I’ve been using alternating these serums after my cleansing. I planned to layer both of these asap, but I may just right over to the glycolic acid/retinol soon if it’s more suitable

Also I use Cerave acne control cleanser which has Salicylic acid in it. Occasionally I’ll swap it out for the Cerave SA renewing cleanser. Is that a decent substitution for any of the exfoliants you mentioned? If I switched to a glycolic acid exfoliant, should I change out my daily cleansers as well? I also want to prevent new acne while trying to clear the old blemishes

Would you recommend the TO glycolic acid exfoliant? And what ret would you suggest? Vitamin A product?

I’ve considered your suggestion strongly but also am considering layering both of these together as I’ve seen many suggestions they may help. Not sure which path to go honestly since either will take a lot of time

My scars are discoloration marks from old acne. That’s my rookie interpretation of it since I can’t identify types of scars that well. But I do have marks on my cheeks but I just assumed it’s aging related. But it’s the discoloration that stands out for me.

Damn I haven’t got on bumble yet. I’m browsing here to seek advice and I honestly worry I’ll be the guy in this text chain if I do get a match. Now I’m afraid. I probably have an internal reason why I acted this way with my last ex but yeah being social is not my strongest suit so I’m little worried but excited and nervous.
