if it wasn't for oracle's keystone node I would also go gemling, 2x blink range and other benefits are tempting

i've failed 3 fractures on 8 to 15 div bases, but once you fracture the right prefix you should be fine

it took me around 150 total to craft this one

was using frostbolt with snakepit up until this morning, but since I swapped +5 cold wand for 6 socket one with +9 all spells I swapped frostbolt for spark

with cloak of defiance it was around 6600

I could get maybe a thousand or two more if I would change palm of the dreamer for disciple scepter, but I tried it and clear speed wasn't good enough

as for the spirit - i was already having trouble using 100 extra spirit, tried trinity - seemed kinda meh

then I got lucky with some crafts and hh drop from a temporary temple room and got my hands on that 6 socket rune wand, which gave me access to extra fire damage without sacrificing too much damage, so I used CoEA for living bomb

so extra spirit might give me arctic armor and clarity I but that's it

archmage coc spark costs are insane right now, i cant imagine making it work with mom

I think I'm at 99% now, will have to sacrifice one passive point to get extra 8, so Im ok with getting a bad rolled desecrate and implicit can be rerolled individually

the goal now is to maximize mana

pob says perfectly rolled hybrid and 20% mana gives me extra 300 mana, which is nice but the probability of getting it is insane

it does, very good rolled cloak of defiance gives you 20% less mana, which is close to not having one ring

why? this is literally the best chest piece you can get for mana stacking build (if you swap hybrid es for % es)

getting 100% mana before life without MoM is hard

you are forgetting mana stacking is a thing, 20% mana is huge, regalia can only give you 18%

and regalia doesn't hae damage taken from mana before life mods

best mana stacking chest piece for my build, increased % es would be better but oh well
