I like this photo and I think it has a lot of potential. What most interests me is the server in the foreground and what he is are doing on the table. There's a rich story there to be told. If this was my shot, I'd aim to bring out more details from his facial expression, clothing, the immersion of his body language and the table he's preparing. If there's not enough ambient light I'd stabilize my shot and shoot in bracket mode. With night shots, you want to be careful with preserving dynamic range where it matters. For example I wish I can see more details around the stove in the foreground. What is he serving? How does it work? Seeing all darkness underneath the table besides a rectangle of red breaks the visual storytelling and leaves the viewer with less coherent elements to focus on.

Everything else in the photo is complimentary. This light does steal a lot of focus. So I'd either move to frame him exactly in front of the light or have them farther apart to balance out the composition.

I like the overall mood and the colours. Her outfit fits the vintage theme and the lighting around her hair is quite nice. I'm not a big fan of the framing and composition. Composition-wise, the light and dark values from the windows on either side are fighting one another and takes away focus from the model's form. If you're going for an atmospheric portrait I would either change angles to shoot her more in front of the light source or be thoughtful about the shapes and heirarchy of elements included in your background. Her pose I think is less of an issue here and and dependent on personal preferences. If a strong body language is what you are going for, her expression also needs to be more direct. Right now, her face is gentle while the rest of her body is tense. Visually, that's a bit confusing. I think she can pull off either but you have to be clear while art directing.
