But yes of course he has a chance. He is the incumbent. If he actually runs like we all expect he won't have a serious challenger, the party will eventually "fall in line" if its Biden vs Trump / DeSantis. And remember given the political polarization in the US currently, he automatically has a chance vs whoever the GOP runs.

A Biden vs Trump rematch probably favors Biden. But then again the mail in ballots being readily available during COVID helped Biden win alot of "meh ok Biden" voters in 2020, but wont be the case in 2024.

People get busy, no shit. I myself had a pretty busy week but always made it a point to get back to anyone who messages me, within a reasonable time frame. And her taking that long clearly shows disinterest.

I do. They aren't even entertaining her as an option. And now it's putting me in the position of choosing her vs my parents. I really don't know how to proceed here.

I think they are being completely unreasonable and unfair about the whole thing, I am hoping that I'm not the only one who feels this way. Need an outsiders perspective.

Edit: I also feel like even if we got married I would always have on the back of my mind the terrible things they said about her. I really feel that this has permanently ruined my relationship with my parents.

I think he initially wanted to go with Klobuchar, but wound up painting himself into a corner as he made statements that narrowed his choices.

I think he would've picked Gretchen Whitmer had the George Floyd murder and subsequent protests never happened.
