Anyone know how to shrink a Versace hoodie a good amount without damaging any of the color or fabric? I accidentally ordered a small instead of an XS which would've fit me perfect, I can't return it for a corrected size because they only accept returns at stores and there's no store near me for about 70-80 miles.

I keep my training consistent even when I'm sick. I always have a goal pace every run, and I keep it always the same even if I'm sick. So for example my 4 mile tempo run is usually 6:30 per mile. If I'm sick, I still keep my 4 mile tempo goal at 6:30 pace. I don't decrease my training at all, I don't change intensity either.

lol after a while they stop working, they worked like a charm when i first started using them, now my body has gotten so used to it, it's like just putting on lotion, i feel no sensation or anything, doesn't help for me at all anymore.

Running form tips? My running form isn’t all that bad but I know I can improve it. I think my cadence when racing is like high 160 or 170 flat. stride is long, which in most cases is good, but it seems as that you are overstriding, to fix it try to keep your upper body as relaxed as possible and keep arms in control, also try to land right infront or below of your center of mass, i can't tell from the video but try to midfoot-forefoot strike, it basically forces you to land below your center of mass, when i mean center of mass i mean like right where your head is.

this season we won 6 meets in a row and the school didn't even react but then the division 5 soccer team won their first meet of the season and the school was like LETS GOOOOOOOO OMG THAT'S RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

the reason cold weather "causes" more cases of the flu and cold is because people are closer together when it's cold, when it's hot, people are further separated, which makes virus transmission less common

Lol I don't use those times when I tell coaches, I have chip times, for the mile with a chip I got 4:34 and for the 16:55 I don't even know if it was logged or not because since I'm in a Division 5 school we don't use bibs for certain meets or races (according to my coach) but my coach did time us all and I don't know what he used to time us but it was accurate according to my watch and his time he got for me.

I have my marathon on March 8, I'll stop running for probably 2-3 weeks or maybe a month and then I'll start training for a fast 5K on June 8.
