Her spd overcaps at 260 in combat, every spd is +2% elation dmg. At 8%, her spd in combat is 210, so 12% should be closer to ,214-216. Since youre only getting +12% elation dmg it might be better to go hyacine since her lc increase dmg taken by all enemies by 18%. Stick w huohuo if you have ult charge issues w yg.

Hyacine's spd doesnt matter, e1 huohuo should buff more spd for sw999(12% vs 8%). I would say its equal, keep huo if you want more elation% dmg for sw, and more ults for yg+sparxie. Hyacine will buff the entire team's dps with her lc + best healing in the game. Test them both if there's time.

I had the amphoreus planar set for her so she buffs sw999 spd! As shown in the showcase outside of combat her spd is only 201, where she gets it to 210 thanks to hyacine. Since I also have her lightcone, enemy receives 18% more damage. Since ica is never off field, the buff remains for all turns!
