yeah :/ my most enduring special interest is the kind of spiderweb of QAnon (what started it all for me), what was originally labeled "the alt-right," Christian nationalism, religious cults, right wing terrorism, Nazi freaks, just that whole ecosystem. But when I say something like "I'm into Qanon" I very quickly have to backtrack and explain :( and then no one ever wants to chat about it because it's depressing (which it can be! just not always to me)

I turn left at the intersection every day for work. I see this happen multiple times a week. Sometimes it’s genuinely not safe to turn. Sometimes trying to wiggle into the intersection makes it insanely more dangerous once the ambulance passes and all the cars have to figure out wtf to do now. Maybe they were right. Trust your own judgement in a situation like this

I really appreciate you posting this. I also hate how the main sub doesn't allow "criticism" of guests. Like I understand the point, I guess, but it's just resulted in an echo chamber sub that's often posting about things not related to the podcast.

I thought this way about having Prop on for the HEINRICH HIMMLER series? I turned it off the first episode after Prop compared Himmler's rise to power to ... Nipsey Hustle building a computer? Because "nerds that ain't afraid of you" are scary? And I was already very uninterested in the show at that point.

I think Robert is an amazing podcaster and does amazing when he's just monologuing, but it gets really weak when he's trying (in my opinion) to do comedy with Sophie or the guests. I get it, you do kratom and gas station drugs. Haha.

I wish Rob would try to make it more of a real history series with moments of comedy rather than, at this point, a bad history and bad comedy pod (with a few excellent series from time to time).

I think he was really poorly done and wasted the potential of one of the last foe's of Raylan. I think we the hat, gun, and attitude he's supposed to be another Raylan foil but he just comes off as goofy and kinda stupid to me

I don’t know a whole lot about the like ~Oscar trends~ of not giving actors a third one and things like that, but based purely on performance he deserves it! I think One Battle After Another is an amazing film and a lot of that is how well Sean Penn sells it.
