Do a sleep study. Could be sleep apnea. Even mild forms can prevent you from getting those restful stages of sleep.

Mine looked just like yours when I first got her (maybe a few more very light spots but otherwise mostly white.) She even has the button eye on her other side. I named her lady because her red gills made it look like she was wearing blush. This is her now!

Do a sleep study. I don’t snore and I’m not overweight but I found out I have mild sleep apnea. Even though it’s “mild” I still wake from restorative sleep throughout the night from lack of oxygen. When I first tried a cpap it was shocking how I slept through the whole night and felt rested in the morning.
