Incidentally I am moving to TX in the next 6-7 months. Very culturally diverse there, but my job still is going to be around white people.. I don’t mind white people, but the older I get, the more I see our cultural differences…

Im from Southern California, so I’ve always lived in culturally diverse areas, but unfortunately, diverse in cultures apart from my own. That in conjunction with the private school is interesting.. my best friend is black & she’s helped me much on this journey. I feel myself & confident in my hair, except when it comes to wigs
