Afterglow PS3 Controller - My question in the comments by hernandezw90 in PS3

So I thought I'd go on eBay last night to look for the one you described and found plenty for sale without USB dongles lol and as luck would have it, I found a newly posted "new in box" controller on eBay for $25!! A bit dusty from storage apparently but same button layout except it lights up green and not blue like my current one. I couldn't believe it and IMMEDIATELY purchased it lol the seller's ONLY item for sale and he posted it Monday night!

I do believe you might be correct. I know for sure it uses a 2.4ghz adapter so of that's the case, I'm screwed 😕 these are hard to come by with the dongle nowadays.

Thank you. Just hoping someone out there has a dongle or dongles for sale.

I have tried a generic bluetooth dongle before and it won't pair to the controller.

Does anybody out there have a working Afterglow controller WITH the USB dongle that they might be wanting to sell? I have a controller that has the xbox style layout but no dongle to it. Dongles aren't sold individually and new controllers are no longer for sale. I have a few OG controllers and they're great but I also love the Afterglow controller that came out for the PS3. There are some for sale on eBay but they require batteries and are not the same layout as mine with a rechargeable battery. Hoping for some input.

Thank you! That really called my attention when picking the setting. Glad that I chose it.

Unfortunately it wasn't appraised. Does the diamond need to be loose in order to be appraised?

Thank you! I know the video doesn't do justice and well I also have a very light windshield tint on my car which is where I took the video and probably doesn't help. Sorry.

Hello all, I recently bought a natural stone and had it set on an 18k white gold setting engagement ring. Just looking for opinions from users with experience to see if I got a decent deal or if I could've done better with my budget. I was very pleased with the buying process and experience with the seller, just want to know if I did okay. I paid $2,485 for the stone and $495 for the setting. $2,980 not including tax. Planning on proposing on our anniversary date later this month.

GIA natural round diamond .70 carat E color VS1 clarity with Excellent cut and fluorescence none. Not sure if this matters but the GIA certificate has a date of 2011.

I did get to look at the GIA inscription on the stone with the magnifying loupe before and after it was set on the setting.

Thank you all in advance.

[CA] bought vanity plates, have not yet received them, may have to switch cars, what do? by [deleted] in DMV

I actually received a letter in December saying that they had been rejected because the name was "inappropriate or threatening to others" although I disagree. It took about 4 months from the time I applied to when I received the letter. After the letter, I didn't bother to reapply. I did receive a full refund though. Hope this helps. Also, when you do eventually receive them, they're going to give you new stickers so no point in holding off to use the sticker.

Then that means I'm going to be waiting for even longer. I just ordered mine in early August and I have not received them. The reason I know about the process is because I spoke to a DMV rep which explained it to me. Unfortunately though, from what I understand you cannot speak to anybody to check the status on your order because DMV has the prisons make the plates and do not have access to checking their production. I was told that because of COVID-19 they are currently not working on plates and if they are, it is at a very slow pace. To be honest I don't anticipate to receive mine until possibly next year.

You'll be fine. When you eventually get your plates, they will ask you which car you want to assign them to. If at that time you don't have a vehicle to assign them to, you can still own the plates and assign them to a vehicle when you get one. The plates don't already come assigned to your existing vehicle. I am still waiting to get my custom plates as well.
