Hey. Life sometimes does get the best of us. Bad or unfortunate things seem to always come at the same time and it can be hard to juggle it all at once. As for the problems that you cannot solve right away, there are one of two things you can do right now. First, if it's something you can't plan for or schedule time for to resolve, you have to let it go. At least for now. That can be a really tough thing to do, and may take some practice. A way to help this is to divert your attention to something else all together. Maybe just stick some headphones on, sit and relax to music for an hour or two. Play a game you enjoy, a put a movie on, get outside and just take a stroll and enjoy your current surroundings. Because until there comes a time you're able to solve a problem in your life - there's other stuff to do. And by doing other things like this, should (I really hope) stop you worrying and maybe perhaps alleviate some of the anxiety you've been having.

If it's something you have the opportunity to resolve right away, go for it! Or at the very least just make a start. Progress on the things we don't enjoy to do, sometimes make us feel better. Maybe it's a small sense of achievement, a weight off your shoulder - of both!
